Work, Mind, and Sore Muscles

From June 5 to 8, 2023, a special event took place in Engelberg that uniquely combined work, physical activity, and intellectual inspiration. Together with Samy Amara and Martin Gasser, participants experienced four days full of variety, motivation, and fresh impulses.

The program followed a clear three-part structure:

  • 5 hours of work per day
Time for personal projects and important tasks that often get postponed in everyday life. The idyllic alpine setting – above the cloud line – provided an inspiring and productive work environment.

  • 5 hours of sports and recreation
Whether individually or in a group, participants enjoyed physical activities that are rarely part of their daily routines. There was also the opportunity to try out new sports and celebrate achievements together.

  • 5 hours of mind
In the form of training, inspiration, and intensive exchange on topics relevant to leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs.

This unique combination of focused work, physical activity, and intellectual development made the days in Engelberg an intense and enriching experience – with the pleasant side effect of a light muscle ache.
