How We Bring Virtual Workshops to Life with Tactile Experiences and Gamification

Since virtual workshops have become a fixed part of our workday, we have continuously evolved our facilitation toolkit.

To foster interaction, energy, and deeper learning, we now rely on a variety of complementary methods:

  • Tactile experiences using simple materials such as eggs, sand, stones, or paper

  • Gamification elements to maintain flow and keep participants actively engaged

  • Virtual collaboration boards to make co-creation visible, structured, and efficient

It is especially the tactile impulses that regularly spark aha moments: when people use simple objects to “grasp” abstract concepts, it not only sticks – it’s also fun. And that is exactly what we need in a time when so many meetings risk becoming nothing more than screen time.

If you’re curious about how we use sand, stones, or scissors in workshops, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to share our experiences – and eager to learn from yours!
